Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for service-related issues initiated by Mangrove Village Adventures. Please note that tickets are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy: The following cancellation policy applies to all bookings:

* Cancellations 30 or more days before the scheduled start date: A cancellation fee of 25% will be deducted from the total amount paid by the customer (whether a partial or full payment). The remaining balance will be refunded.

* Cancellations between 10 and 30 days before the scheduled start date: A cancellation fee of 50% will be deducted from the total amount paid by the customer. The remaining balance will be refunded.

* Cancellations within 0 to 10 days of the scheduled start date: No refund will be provided.

No-Shows: No refunds will be provided for participants who fail to show up on the day of the booking.

Park-Initiated Cancellations: In the event of cancellations due to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, a full refund (100% of the total amount paid) will be provided.

When requesting a refund, please be ready to provide the following information:

* Customer name

* Booking date and details

Refund Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 3 to 4 business days to the original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to be credited back to your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Activities: If any guests are found to be under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances, they will not be permitted to participate in any adventure activities, and no refund will be applicable.
